The 8800SX from Cobham is an advanced analog and digital radio test set with new software for testing a wide variety of Motorola and other OEM radio systems and also features a new external 10 MHz reference designed to ensure that Land Mobile Radio end users have the best equipment to ensure their radio equipment is operating at the highest standard. The 8800SX has been reviewed and approved by Motorola for maintaining all Motorola technologies including GTR8000 P25 Phase 2 and LSM systems.
It has a 12 inch touch screen colour display and a wide power measurement range featuring RF signal analysis from -140 dBm to 500 W. The 8800SX also provides the industry’s newest, easy to use Auto-Test and Alignment applications. Field test technicians and engineers will benefit from the 8800SX’ compact size, 2.5 hour internal battery operation (usable up to 4 hours) and 30 G functional shock rating (rated to MIL-PRF-28800F Class 3 operation).
