The E6950A from Keysight is an eCall/ERA-GLONASS Conformance Test Solution that performs end-to-end functional and standard-compliant conformance testing of eCall/ERA-GLONASS modules. It supports pan-European eCall and ERA-GLONASS and can also carry out audio performance analysis (PESQ/POLQA). This conformance test solution can simulate PSAP and static/dynamic GNSS coordinates required by the IVS to compile the minimum set of data (MSD). It can also control a UXM/8960 & MXG to emulate a cellular network. This setup makes it possible to verify if in-vehicle systems or modems can trigger an emergency call, send correct raw MSD data, and establish a voice connection with the PSAP, fully independent of any real-world mobile network. It is certified by the Federal Agency of Technical Regulations and Metrology (Rosstandart) and eCall PSAP certified by NavCert.
