The NE6000 from ALifecom is a 4G LTE-A Network Emulator with a frequency range from 400 MHz to 3.8 GHz. It is designed to emulate a complete LTE-A network system, including an evolved Node B (eNB) and a true Evolved Packet Core (EPC). This emulator supports multi-DUT testing (up to 4 UEs) and has an integrated protocol analyzer. It supports dual 2x2 MIMO testing, LTE-A FDD/TDD dual mode and 2CC carrier aggregation. The emulator can be used to perform various test items related to LTE and LTE-A signaling, and it provides a range of diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities for the development and debugging of 4G User Equipment (UE). It also offers a compact option for use in production lines and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) testing.
The NE6000 supports frequency bandwidths from 1.4 to 20 MHz with a data rate of 150 Mbps (downlink) and 40 Mbps (uplink). For Tx signals, it has an output level range from -100 to -35 dBm with a resolution of 0.1 dB and supports QPSK/16-QAM/64-QAM modulation methods. For Rx signals, it has a maximum input level of +27 dBm and supports QPSK/16-QAM modulation methods. This emulator is available in a 2U-tall, rack-mountable enclosure with Gigabit Ethernet computer control interface.
