The CVPD-925 from Crystek Corporation is an Ultra-Low Noise VCXO that operates from 131 to 160 MHz. The VCXO generates a differential LVPECL waveform at the output while operating over a supply voltage of 3.3 V. It has an Absolute Pull Range (APR) of over ±20ppm, a noise floor of -160 dBc/Hz, and operates over a temperature range from -40 to 90ºC. This RoHS-compliant VCXO is available in a surface-mount package that measures 9 x 14 mm.
