The NCV-RSL10 from ON Semiconductor is an Ultra-low-power Bluetooth 5 certified SoC for the Automotive Industry that supports data rates of up to 2 Mbps. This ultra-low power SoC requires a supply voltage of 1.1 to 3.6 V and draws 4.3 mA of current in transmit mode and 2.7 mA in receive mode. It has a receive sensitivity of -94 dBm and can transmit a power from -17 to 6 dBm. The SoC has an AES128 encryption module built directly into hardware to protect device data making it ideal for secure transmissions. It can be used for a wide range of applications including keyless entry using a smartphone, active safety, diagnostic alerts, and enhanced infotainment controls.
