Dual-Mode Bluetooth Modules for Industrial IoT Applications

51 MHz to 6.6 GHz Software Controlled RF Signal Generator

The Windfreak SynthNV PRO is software controlled RF signal generator that operates from 51 MHz to 6.6 GHz. The device can be used for Scalar Network Analysis of both through and reflected responses of RF devices such as filters, amplifiers, antennas, cavities and matching networks. It includes an on board 8 GHz broadband RF detector / power meter. Sweeps run at 100 uS per point. The signal generator has a 16 band high speed switching harmonic filter on its output that attenuates harmonics up to 60 dBc. 100 Watt Solid State Power Amplifier from 6 to 12 GHz

The SSPA 6.0-12.0-100 from Aethercomm is a high power GaN solid state power amplifier that operates from 6.0 to 12.0 GHz. It provides a nominal output power of over 100 watts with a small signal gain of 53-55 dB and a power added efficiency 14-16% (CW conditions). It requires a 28 V supply voltage for operation. This SSPA can be blanked on and off in less than 10 uSec. Standard features include reverse polarity protection, output short and open circuit protection, and over/under voltage protection. Temperature is monitored and reported by this module along with other health parameters. 

This high power SSPA can be used in high shock and vibration environments and on board many different types of airborne platforms. It is designed and tested to withstand MIL-STD-810 high shock and vibration requirements. It is available in a module that measures 5" (w) X 9" (l) X 2.0" (h) and weighs 13 lbs. 26 to 30 GHz Silicon Transmit/Receive IC for Radar, SATCOM and 5G Applications

The AWMF-0116 from Anokiwave is a Ku-Band Silicon Core IC for active steerable antenna arrays (AESA) that operates from 26 to 30 GHz. It has an integrated PA, LNA, 6-bit gain and phase control and a T/R switch. The IC provides 18 dB of transmit channel gain with an adjustable P1dB of 12 dBm and a receive channel gain of 24 dB with noise figure of 6 dB. The device has switchable outputs and can support half-duplex operation. 6-bit amplitude and 6-bit phase controls are included with low RMS amplitude and phase errors. 18 to 40 GHz RF Subharmonically Pumped Mixer

The SFS-18340315-KFSFSF-N1-M is a subharmonically pumped mixer with an RF frequency from 18 to 40 GHz, LO frequency from 9 to 20 GHz and an IF frequency from 1 to 3 GHz. The mixer has a LO pumping power of 13 dBm, conversion loss of under 15 dB, an and LO/RF isolation of 22 dB. It is available as a module that measures 0.80 x 0.80 x 0.39 inches with SMA female connectors at the LO/IF ports and K-type female connector at the RF port. 200 W Pulsed GaN Power Amplifier from 8.2 to 9.5 GHz

The DM-X200-04 from Diamond Microwave is a compact pulsed X-band GaN SSPA that operates from 8.2 to 9.5 GHz. It provides peak pulsed output power of more than 200 W (+53 dBm) over a 1300 MHz bandwidth, operating with pulse widths up to 100 µs and with duty cycles up to 15%. The SSPA has built-in phase control to optimize power combining and is a compact alternative to vacuum tube amplifiers (TWT) in demanding defence, aerospace and communications applications. Low Noise VCO 27 to 40 GHz

The VTO-33500-40L from NI Microwave Components is a Voltage Controlled Oscillator which can be tuned to a frequency from 27 to 40 GHz. It has a tuning voltage from 4 to 22 V. This VCO provides a phase noise as low as -83 dBc/Hz at a 100 kHz offset while operating on a supply of 5.5 VDC. It delivers an output power of 18 dBm into a 50 ohm load. 10 GHz to 26 GHz GaAs Double Balanced Mixer Die

The HMC260A from Analog Devices is a general-purpose, GaAs double balanced mixer MMIC that can be used as an upconverter or downconverter with an RF frequency of 10 GHz to 26 GHz. This mixer provides excellent LO to RF isolation of 40 dB and LO to IF isolation of 37 dB due to optimized balun structures. The mixer operates well with LO drive levels of 13 dBm and higher. The IGN1214L500B from Integra Technologies is a GaN L-Band Radar Transistor that operates from 1.2 to 1.4 GHz. This GaN on SiC HEMT transistor provides an output power of over 500 watts with a pulse width of 2 ms and a duty cycle of 20%.
