650 W Ka-Band Antenna Mount Power Amplifier

The XTD-650KaL is a compact, self-contained antenna mount power amplifier that operates from 27.5 to 30 GHz. It delivers a gain of over 70 dB with TWT output power of 650 watts and a CW power of up to 280 watts. It is available in a module and is ideal for High-Throughput Satellite (HTS) gateway service. The amplifier is equipped with an internal 1:1 switch control capable of driving an input and output switch for redundancy. High-Power SPDT Switches for Wireless Infrastructure Applications

The SKY1224x from Skyworks is a family of high power SPDT switches that operate from 0.3 to 3.8 GHz. These switches have low TX/RX insertion loss, high isolation, and require minimal external components, enabling a small PCB footprint. They operate from a single 5V supply and have a control voltage of 0V/3V.

The SPDT switches are available in three variants - The SKY12241-492LF switch, which can handle up to 50 watts of power and the SKY12242-492LF & SKY12245-492LF which can handle up to 100 watts. These switches are available in 20-pin QFN package that measures 5 x 5 mm and are ideal for applications including TDD 2G/3G/4G LTE systems, active antenna arrays, and high-power switching applications in micro-cell and macro-cell base stations. Ku-Band SATCOM Receive SiGe IC

The F6101 is an 8-element receiver silicon IC that operates from 10 to 14 GHz. It is designed using a SiGe BiCMOS process for Ku-Band SATCOM, Weather Radar, Test and Measurement and other phased array applications. The core IC has 6-bit phase control coupled with up to 30 dB of gain control on each channel to achieve fine beam steering and gain compensation between radiating elements. The device has a gain of 15.5 dB and IP1dB of -23 dBm. The chip achieves an RMS phase error of 2.5° and RMS gain error of 0.25 dB over the whole band. It requires a 2.1 to 2.5 V supply and has ESD protection on all pins. The core design includes standard SPI protocol that operates up 50 MHz with fast-beam switching, fast beam-state loading and fast four on-chip beam storage. 9 to 13 GHz Passive MMIC GHz Bandpass Filter

The MFB-1100 from Marki Microwave is a passive MMIC bandpass filter that with a pass band from 9 to 13 GHz. This X-Band filter has a low insertion loss of 2 dB at 11 GHz and an excellent return loss of 17 dB. It provides over 20 dB of suppression above and below the passband. GaN Doherty Hybrid Power Amplifier from 3400 to 3600 MHz

The RPAM35016-25 from RFHIC is a two-state Doherty GaN hybrid power amplifier that operates from 3.4 to 3.6 GHz. This hybrid amplifier has been developed for 5G Massive MIMO systems, small cells, and low power remote radio heads. It provides an output power of up to 100 watts (50 dBm) with a gain of 27 dB. 500 W, 90 Degree Hybrid Coupler from 950 to 1850 MHz

The QH11016 from Werlatone is a 90 Degree Hybrid Coupler that operates from 950 to 1850 MHz. It can handle up to 500 watts of CW power, has an insertion loss of under 0.2 dB, isolation of over 19 dB and a VSWR of 1.25:1. 8-Channel Digital Attenuator from 0.2 to 6 GHz

The LDA-906V-8 from Vaunix is a highly accurate, bidirectional, 8-Channel Digital Attenuator that operates from 0.2 to 6 GHz. It has a step size of 0.1 dB and typical accuracy <0.25 dB over a 90 dB of control range. This lab brick can handle up to 26 dBm of input power. 10 Watt Solid State Power Amplifier Operating from 1 to 2.5 GHz

The NuPower™ 12B01A-D30 by NuWave Engineering is a L & S-Band Solid State Power Amplifier that operates from 1000 MHz to 2500 MHz. The HL9465 is a Broadband Pick-off Tee that operates from DC to 40 GHz. It can be used as a trigger source with minimum perturbation of the through the signal path. The Pick-off has a thru insertion loss of -4 dB, pick-off insertion loss of -14 dB and can handle an input power of up to 30 dBm. The 50P-2038 from JFW Industries is a solid state, programmable step attenuator which operates from 200 to 6000 MHz. It has an attenuation range of 31 dB with 1 dB steps, an insertion loss of 3.5 dB and can handle 27 dBm of input power. The attenuator is USB controlled and requires 5 V of DC supply. Low Noise Gain Block Amplifier from 4 to 6 GHz

The QPL9098 is an ultra-low noise gain block amplifier that operates from 4 to 6 GHz. At 5.5 GHz, the amplifier provides a gain of 19 dB, OIP3 of 32 dBm and a noise figure of 1.3 dB while drawing 68 mA current from a 4.2 V supply. The LNA integrates a bypass path and is internally matched to 50 ohms. It requires only four external components for operation from a single positive supply: an external RF choke and blocking/bypass capacitors. SP4T Reflective Switch from 100 MHz to 44 GHz

The ADRF5046 is a silicon-based, reflective SP4T Switch that operates from 0.1 to 44 GHz. The switch has a low insertion loss of under 3 dB and an isolation of more than 35 dB. It has an RF input power handling capability of 27 dBm for both the through path and hot switching. The switch draws a low current of 3 µA from a positive supply of +3.3 V and -110 µA from a negative supply of -3.3 V. The device uses complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS)/low voltage transistor to transistor logic (LVTTL)compatible controls. The JSO-50-471/6S from Pulsar Microwave is a 180 Degree Hybrid Coupler that operates from 2 to 40 GHz. Wideband LTE/Cellular/5G SMD Antenna

The Reach PCS.66.A from Taoglas is an LTE/Cellular/5G SMD antenna that operates from 600 to 6000 MHz covering all LTE cellular bands and all sub-6 GHz bands for 5G deployments. It also covers 3G and 2G bands to allow for fall-back when LTE is not available.
