750 W LDMOS Power Transistor for 915 MHz Industrial Applications

The BLF0910H9LS750P is a LDMOS power transistor that operates from 902 to 928 MHz. It delivers an output power of 750 watts with an efficiency of 72.5%. The transistor is built on Ampleon’s Gen9HV 50V process, and is ideal for use in industrial, scientific, and medical systems, as well as for professional cooking applications. High Pass Filters from 27.5 to 40 GHz

The WHW2 series of High Pass Filters have a passband from 27.5 to 40 GHz. The cutoff frequency (Fco) can be customized between 27.5 to 28 GHz. They have an insertion loss of under 0.5 dB and a stopband attenuation of over 40 dB. The HPFs can handle an input power of up to 30 watts.
