10 MHz to 15 GHz Frequency Synthesizer Module

The 5015 from Valon Technology is a wideband frequency synthesizer module that operates from 10 MHz to 15 GHz. It uses multiple phase-lock loops to provide high-level, low-phase noise signals throughout the band and is designed for use in critical frequency synthesis and clocking applications. The synthesizer provides an output power of 13 dBm (can be tuned from 13 dBm down to -30 dBm in 0.1 dB steps) and requires an external reference from 10 to 120 MHz. It has a number of ultra low noise internal voltage regulators driven by a high efficiency switching power supply with an input voltage range of 5 - 15 Volts. Negative Slope Gain Equalizers from 950 MHz to 2150 MHz

The PNE Series from Polaris are negative slope gain equalizers that operate from 950 MHz to 2150 MHz. They have a slope linearity of below 0.75 dB and a slope compensation range of 1 to 10 dB. These equalizers are available in two variants - PCB type package that measures 15 x 12 x 0.5 mm and module with SMA connectors measuring 33 x 20 x 20.3 mm. MCS6.A NB-IoT / CAT M1 Low Profile LTE/Cellular SMD Dielectric Antenna

The MCS6.A from Taoglas is a low profile LTE/Cellular dielectric antenna for NB-IoT and CAT M1 applications. It provides a gain of up to 3.75 dBi with an efficiency of 68.33% and can handle an input power of up to 5 watts. It is available in a surface mount package that measures 42 x 10 x 3 mm and is ideal for automotive, smart meter, medical and smart city applications.

2.4 mm Coaxial Attenuators from DC to 53 GHz

The R413N Series from Radiall are Coaxial Attenuators that operate from DC to 53 GHz. They can handle an input power of up to 1 Watt and are available with attenuation levels of 3 dB, 6 dB, 10 dB, 20 dB and 30 dB. 2 to 18 GHz High Gain Limiting Amplifier

The APT55-02001800-7016-66-LMS from AmpliTech is a Limiting Amplifier that operates from 2 to 18 GHz. It provides an output power of 20 dBm and gain of 80 dB with a noise figure of under 4 dB. The amplifier is designed mainly for IFM EW airborne applications where multiple signals are present at the input and low harmonic distortion is required to preserve the two-tone ratio at the output under limiting conditions. 30 MHz to 3 GHz Two Channel Benchtop Programmable Attenuator Assembly

The 50BA-034-127 from JFW Industries is a compact benchtop programmable attenuator assembly that operates from 30 MHz to 3 GHz. It has two solid-state attenuators, each with an attenuation range of 0 to 127 dB with 1 dB steps. The assembly can handle an input power of up to 33 dBm (at each attenuator) and has a switching speed of 4 microseconds. The attenuators can be controlled manually or remotely. The MAMX-011036 from MACOM is a double-balanced passive diode mixer with a RF/LO frequency from 8 to 43 GHz. It has a conversion loss of 8.5 dB, high LO to RF isolation of 40 dB, and an input IP3 of 20 dBm across the bandwidth. The mixer is available is available in a 3 mm, 12-lead AQFN package and is ideal for applications such as test and measurement, microwave radios and radars. 3 to 350 MHz Space Qualified TCXO

The QT800 series from Q-Tech are Space Qualified Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillators (TCXO) that operate from 3 to 350 MHz. They require a supply voltage of 3.3Vdc, 5.0Vdc, 12.0Vdc, or 15.0 Vdc and have a clipped CMOS and sinewave outputs. These 100kRad(Si) tolerant hybrid oscillators are available in 24 pin Double Dual In-line, 24 pin Flat-Pack 0.975 x 1.275 inches or 32 pin Flat-Pack 1 inch SQR hermetically sealed packages. 10 to 40 MHz Surface Mount OCXO

The NN Type from Taitien are OCXOs that operate from 10 to 40 MHz. The OCXOs have a phase noise of -98 dBc/Hz at 10 Hz and a stability of ±20 ppb over a temperature range of -40 to 85°C. These oscillators require a start-up current of 350 mA and consume a steady state power of 0.3 W at 3.3 VDC. They are available in a surface mount package that measures 9.7 x 7.5 x 4.1 mm and are ideal for small cell, portable telecommunication device, packet timing protocol, test and instrumentation applications. The P4T-10G40G-60-T-292FF is a SP4T Solid-State, absorptive Switch that operates from 10 to 40 GHz. It has a high isolation of 60dB of isolation and an insertion loss of under 6 dB. The switch typically has a rise time of less than 15 nsec and the fall time is less than 5 nsec. It operates at power levels up to 23 dBm CW. The BVA3144 from Berex is a digitally controlled variable gain amplifier that operates from 4.4 to 5 GHz. 12-bit 10.25-GSPS RF ADC for Aerospace and Defense Applications

The AD9213 from Analog Device is a single 12-bit, 10.25 GSPS RF analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with a 6.5 GHz input bandwidth. It has a 16-lane JESD204B interface to support its maximum bandwidth capability. The ADC achieves high dynamic range and linearity performance while consuming only 5 W of power. The DSP path includes a digital down converter (DDC) with a 48-bit, numerically controlled oscillator (NCO) followed by an I and Q digital decimator stage allowing for selectable decimation rates that are factors of two or three. For fast frequency hopping applications, the AD9213 NCO supports up to 16-profile settings with separate trigger input allowing for wide surveillance frequency coverage but at a reduced JESD204B lane count.
