The AMB2621 is an ultra-low power Bluetooth Smart (v4.2) wireless module based on the nRF52832 Nordic SoC and an ARM CortexTM-M4F CPU with flash memory. The IPP-1145 from Innovative Power Products is a 8-way power divider that operates from 100 to 500 MHz. It has an insertion loss of less than 0.75 dB with an isolation of more than 10 dB. The JSW2-63VHDRG+ from Mini Circuits is a reflective symmetric MMIC SPDT switch with an internal CMOS driver that operates from 5 to 6000 MHz. It can handle up to 2.5 watts of power while maintaining low insertion loss, high dynamic range and a fast switching speeds. The switch operates on a single positive supply voltage from 2.3V to 5.5V, with low current consumption. 1900 W LDMOS Transistor for Broadcast and Industrial Applications

The BLF189XR from Ampleon is a LDMOS power transistor that operates from 10 to 500 MHz. The amplifier is rated to deliver 1,700 Watts CW or 1,900 Watts pulsed and has a VSWR of up to 65:1. It provides a gain of 26.5 dB with an efficiency of 75%. The BLF189XR is ideal for plasma generators, medical scanners and particle accelerators. It available in an SOT539A package with an optional earless flanged SOT539B package.

High Performance Laminate, Dielectric Matched to FR-4

The Kappa 438 Laminates from Rogers have been specifically formulated to have FR-4 matched dielectric constant (Dk). These laminates also exhibit low loss, tight Dk and thickness tolerances needed to meet the growing performance needs of the wireless market traditionally served by higher end FR-4 materials. FR-4 was historically the material of choice for most less demanding RF applications, but changes in the wireless infrastructure related to growing performance requirements, especially in small cells and carrier-grade Wi-Fi, has resulted in instances where the properties of FR-4 are lacking, and RF performance and consistency is compromised.

Kappa 438 has been developed to fill this need. The laminates feature the performance of mid-tier circuit materials that extend beyond performance limitations of FR-4, and provide the optimum blend of price, performance and reliability. Click here to see more specs

DC to 28 GHz Wideband Low Noise Amplifier

The MAAL-011141-DIE from MACOM is a wideband low noise amplifier that operates from DC to 28 GHz. The combination of flat gain, low noise figure performance and fully matched operation makes this device ideal for demanding test and measurement applications. The positive bias supply and variable bias voltage make the device highly versatile for many other applications. RF Variable Gain Amplifier from 400 MHz to 3000 MHz

The F2480 from IDT is an Analog Variable Gain Amplifier (AVGA) that operates from 400 MHz to 3000 MHz. With sampling speeds up to 3.0 GSPS, the new converter facilitates direct RF signal processing architectures and provides high oversampling. The TGF2929-HM from Qorvo is a 100 W (P3dB) discrete GaN on SiC HEMT that operates from DC to 3.5 GHz. It provides a linear gain of 17.4 dB and requires a 28 V DC Supply. The device has been developed on Qorvo’s proven QGaN25HV process, which features advanced field plate techniques to optimize power and efficiency at high drain bias operating conditions. 6 GHz Computer Controlled USB Vector Network Analyzer

The TTR500 Series from Tektronix is Computer Controlled USB Vector Network Analyzer. The VNA is available in two frequency configurations 100 KHz to 3 GHz and 6 GHz. This USB-Based VNA offers a full 2-port, 2-path S-parameter VNA for such applications as measuring passive/active components, antennas and matching networks, RF modules, test cables, adapters and more. It has a 122 dB dynamic range, less than 0.008 dB trace noise, and -50 to +7 dBm output power, all in a compact package weighing less than 4 pounds.
