15 Watt Wireless Charging Transmitter ICs for Automotive Applications

The MWCT1x1xA from NXP is a 15 Watt Wireless Charging Transmitter ICs for Automotive Applications. It can be used to implement and control the power transfer function, as well as monitor and manage overall system state, such as foreign object detection, temperature and system efficiency. The ICs are compliant with the latest Wireless Power Consortium (WPC) specification, have a power transfer efficiency exceeding 70% and support for most 15 W coil types, single or multi.

1 to 2.5 GHz L- & S-Band Bi-directional Amplifier

The NW-BA-12C04A from NuWaves Engineering is a bi-directional amplifier that operates from 1 to 2.5 GHz. This L-Band/S-Band Bidirectional amplifier provides 15 watts of output power at the Tx port (5% EVM at 34 dBm). This compact and light weight bi-directional amplifier is ideal for extending the communication range of half duplex L or S-band transceivers with constant-envelope waveforms or near-constant-envelope waveforms. The KMTS2500-30525-10 from Synergy Microwave is a tunable frequency synthesizer with an output frequency range from 300 to 5250 MHz and a step size of 1 Hz. The synthesizer provides an output power of more than 6 dBm and require an external reference of 10 MHz. The WS2119-A0 from Jorjin Technologies module is an ultra-low power dual-mode-radio module that combines Sigfox wireless-network technology with Bluetooth low energy (BLE). The Sigfox/BLE module has integrated ST’s BlueNRG-1 BLE System-on-Chip (SoC) and the S2-LP sub-1GHz RF transceiver. It provides an output power of up to 8 dBm (BLE) and 27 dBm (Sub-1 GHz) with a receiver sensivity of up to -88 dBm (BLE) and -130 dBm (Sub-1 GHz). 8 to 12 GHz USB/Remote Controlled Phase Shifter

The PS12000 from DS Instruments is a stand-alone and remote controlled phase shitfer that operates from 8 to 12 GHz. It can provide a phase shift from 0 to 360 degrees in 5.6 degree steps.
