2 Watt GaAs pHEMT MMIC Power Amplifier from 27.3 and 33.5 GHz

The HMC906A from Analog Devices is a four stage GaAs pHEMT MMIC Power Amplifier that operates from 27.3 and 33.5 GHz. The SARA-R410M-01B from u-blox is a quad-band LTE Cat M1 module for the US, Canada and Mexico (B2/B4/B5/B12). This low power module consumes 8 mA of current in active mode and up to 125 mA of current in LTE connected mode. 53.125 MHz to 6800 MHz Wideband Synthesizer with Integrated VCO

The ADF4356 from ADI is a Wideband Synthesizer with Integrated VCO that can generate a signal with a frequency from 53.125 MHz to 6800 MHz. It allows implementation of fractional-N or integer-N phase-locked loop (PLL) frequency synthesizers when used with an external loop filter and an external reference frequency. For applications that require isolation, the RF output stage can be muted. The mute function is both pin and software controllable.
