Small size, High Performance, Fully-Integrated GNSS Receiver Module

The ORG4572 (Multi-Spider) from Origin GPS is a fully-integrated, highly-sensitive, low power GNSS receiver module that continuously tracks all satellites in view (GPS and GLONASS/BEIDOU simultaneously with SBAS, QZSS and other regional overlay systems), providing real-time positioning data in standard NMEA format. It provides superior sensitivity and outstanding performance, allowing it to track up to an 1 meter accuracy in less than one second.

The module consists of an integrated LNA, SAW Filter, TCXO and RTC crystal, a power management unit as well as a RF shield. It is available in a surface mount package that measures 7 x 7 x 1.4 mm. Dual L-Band Bi-Directional Amplifier from 1.8 to 2.2 GHz

The TTRM1093D from Triad RF is an L-Band DUAL bi-directional amplifier that operates from 1.8 to 2.2 GHz. It is designed to work with 2 x 2 MIMO radios and extend their coverage area with over 25 dB of TX gain and 11 dB of RX gain. The amplifier delivers an output power of over 25 Watts. The unit has manual switching between TX and RX modes with switching times less than 1 usec. The amplifier is capable of supporting any signal type and modulation format, including but not limited to 3-4G telecom, WLAN, OFDM, DVB, and CW/AM/FM. Embedded 802.11 a/b/g/n SoC for IoT Applications

The CYW43907 from Cypress  is an embedded wireless system-on-a-chip (SoC) developed for IoT applications that supports IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n specifications. The device includes an ARM Cortex-based applications processor, a single stream IEEE 802.11n MAC/baseband/radio, a dual-band 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz transmit power amplifier, and a receive low-noise amplifier. 

The SoC is designed for embedded applications that require minimal power consumption and a compact size. The device includes a power management unit for simplifying system power topology and allows for direct operation from a battery while maximizing battery life. The CYW43907 solution is supported on Cypress' Wireless Internet Connectivity for Embedded Devices (WICED) Software Development Kit (SDK), which provides code examples, tools and development support.

25 W Power Amplifier Module from 2 GHz to 6 GHz

The HMC7748 from Analog Devices is a multistage power amplifier (PA) module that operates from 2 GHz to 6 GHz. It provides a saturated output power of 25 W with a gain of 60 dB and has a noise figure of up to 6 dB. The module operates from a 12 V and 28 V supply while drawing 0.7 A and up to 4 A of current respectively. It has a built-in bias sequencing, which protects the amplifiers if 28 V is applied without 12 V supply applied. An external enable pin causes the module to remain in shutdown mode unless the pin is pulled to ground. This module is ideal for telecom infrastructure, test instrumentation and military applications.

The 12 V supply is regulated internally and generates the negative voltage required for the gate bias. Built-in bias sequencing prevents the drain voltages for the amplifier stages from being applied without the negative voltage present, which protects the amplifier if 28 Volts is applied without the 12 V supply. An external enable pin causes the module to remain in shutdown mode unless the pin is pulled to ground. The HDRF-CM3111 from RF Electronics is a RF Shielded Test Enclosure that operates from 20 MHz to 6 GHz. It has a thick RF absorbing foam that provides an isolation of more than 90 dB. The MRFX1K80H from NXP Semiconductors is a RF Power LDMOS Transistor that operates from 1.8 to 470 MHz. It has been built on the new NXP 65V LDMOS Process. The transistor provides a gain of 24 dB at 230 MHz with an efficiency of 74 % and an output power of 1800 Watts. It requires a supply voltage from 30 to 65 V and has a VSWR of 65:1. Wireless Test Set for Evaluating 802.11ac WLAN Devices

The MT8862A from Anritsu is an advanced one-box wireless connectivity test set to verify the performance of WLAN devices in their actual operating state. This is the first test set of its kind to support all IEEE802.11ac/n/a/g/b standards. It uses the Network Mode to measure RF performance characteristics, such as Tx power and Rx sensitivity (PER) of the target WLAN device under test (DUT).

It is easy to operate using a web browser from a control PC connected by Ethernet which simplifies measurement setup and eliminates configuration work. The system supports remote control when the MT8862A and PC controller are inside the same network. SPST Reflective Pin Diode Switch from 150 to 1050 MHz

The SR-1050-1S is a SPST reflective pin diode switch that operates from 150 to 1050 MHz. The switch can handle up to 40 watts of power and has an insertion loss of less than 0.5 dB and isolation over 70 dB. It has a rise/fall time of 600 ns and a On/Off time of 800 ns. RF Surface Mount Inductors with Established Reliability Rating

The ER3013 Series from Gowanda Electronics are off-the-shelf RF Surface Mount Inductors with an Established Reliability (ER) rating. These inductors have inductance values from 0.10 to 1000 µH, Q from 25 to 55 and SRF from 3.4 to 680 MHz. They have a current rating from 28 to 1380 mA DC and DCR from 0.08 to 72 Ohms. 

These inductors have been designed for RF applications in military, aerospace and space, including defense and NASA communities for use in communication, guidance, security, radar, test & evaluation and special mission applications. These inductors works on a temperature range from -55°C to +105°C or -55°C to +125°C.

This inductor series meets the military’s Qualified Products List (QPL) requirements for an Established Reliability to failure rate level M and addresses MIL-PRF-39010 slash numbers /19, /20 and /21. Level M represents the first level of failure rating for off-the-shelf inductors for high-reliability applications.
