HMC8500 Amplifier from Analog Devices

Analog Devices’ HMC8500 is a gallium nitride broadband power amplifier that can deliver more than 10 W while requiring 28 V at 100 mA. It features a high small signal gain of 16.0 dB, a bandwidth of 0.01 GHz to 2.8 GHz, and a ±1.0 dB typical gain flatness. The HMC8500 amplifier has a temperature operational range of -40°C to +85°C and comes in a compact 5 mm x 5 mm LFCSP package. This power amplifier is ideal for wireless infrastructure, radars, public mobile radios, and general-purpose amplification where continuous wave is needed.
