Demonstration of Wolfspeed's CGHV35120F at IMS2019

At IMS 2019, Wolfspeed demonstrated the new 50 V GaN HEMT, the CGHV35120F. Using Wolfspeed’s proprietary MMIC technology, the device is ideally suited for applications such as S-band radar systems.

The CGHV35120F is a GaN HEMT that operates from 3.1 to 3.5 GHz. It provides an output power of 120 W and a gain of 13 dB while operating from a 50 V supply voltage.
