The International Conference on Compound Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology (CS MANTECH 2022) will be held from May 9 – 12, 2022 at the Monterey Marriott & Conference Center in Monterey, California, USA. CS MANTECH is a not-for-profit organization having members from the compound semiconductor community to exchange and discuss new ideas to better serve the public in general. The conference will present technical papers, talks, workshops, and manufacturer exhibits. It is open to all interested in compound semiconductor manufacturing and device technology.
