These capacitors have been designed to be suitable for UHF/Microwave RF Power Amplifiers, Mixers, Oscillators, Filter Networks, Low Noise Amplifiers, & Timing Circuits and Delay Lines.
These capacitors are available in either of the two dielectrics namely P90 and NP0 and in three different terminations: magnetic (100% Sn - Solder over Nickel Plating), non-magnetic (100% Sn - Solder over Copper Plating), and Tin/Lead (90% Sn 10% Pb - Solder over Nickel Plating); and are designed and manufactured to meet the requirements for MIL-PRF-55681 and MIL-PRF-123.
They have a capacitance of 0.1-10,000 pF and a voltage rating of 500 V. The capacitors have a temperature coefficient of capacitance (TCC) of 0 ± 30 ppm/°C from -55°C to 125°C) and 0 ± 60 ppm/°C from 125°C to 200°C.
They are available in a case size that measures 0.110 x 0.110 inches.
Engineering Design Kits for the 1111C/P case size are available in magnetic and non-magnetic terminations.
