Rohde & Schwarz and Analog Devices have been strategic partners for over 30 years. ADI has been involved in R&S product development processes and is regularly provided with information in the form of roadmaps, for which in return, it provides R&S with insights into up-and-coming component generations. To maintain this mutually beneficial and productive collaboration over the long term, the two companies have signed a new contract. The agreement is based on the new Rohde & Schwarz supplier management program that uses a more transparent process for evaluating suppliers, and which aims to systematically leverage the synergy potential resulting from close collaboration.
The contract was finalized in February at Analog Devices, in Wilmington, Massachusetts, in presence of cross-functional teams from both the companies, as well as ADI’s Chief Executive Officer, Vincent Roche and Dr. Marc Sesterhenn, Executive Vice President Production and Materials Management at Rohde & Schwarz and Member of the Executive Board.
