The CAL77S322-AE from Calterah Semiconductor Technology is a Millimeter-Wave Radar SoC that operates from 76 to 81 GHz. It has 2 transmit and 2 receive channels with an integrated phase shifter and power saturation detector. This SoC has a high-speed ADC that delivers a sampling rate of up to 25 MS/s and also supports the down-sampling function. It has a user-defined FMCW waveform generator that supports automatic gain control, frame interleaving, and other functions. It has a 200 MHz ARC EM22FS dual-core CPU with a single-precision floating-point arithmetic unit, 768 KB RAM for on-chip storage space, and a baseband circuit for complete radar signal processing.
