The ConvertaWave model RF225-500DCV1 is a robust RF downconverter that converts an input signal in the 225 to 500 MHz frequency band to a 70 MHz IF signal that is band-limited to 500 kHz. The downconverter provides excellent rejection to out of band signals and operates over VHF and UHF frequencies in 100 kHz steps. The ConvertaWave has over 100 dB of manual gain control, low local oscillator (LO) phase noise and features both automatic gain control (AGC) and manual gain control (MGC). It is available in a module that measures 6.5 x 2.4 x 0.75 inches with SMA female connectors and is well suited for industrial, commercial, and military applications.
