The SDRO1250-8 from Synergy Microwave is a Dielectric Resonator Oscillator that operates at 12.5 GHz. It delivers an output power of more than -2 dBm, has a tuning voltage range from 1 to 15 VDC with a tuning sensitivity of 0.4 MHz/V. The DRO has a phase noise of -123 dBc/Hz at a 100 kHz offset and a harmonic suppression of 34 dBc. It has a typical frequency pulling of 1.5 MHz and a frequency pushing of 900 kHz/V.

The oscillator operates over a DC supply of 8 V and consumes up to 25 mA of current. It is available in a surface-mount package that measures 0.75 x 0.75 inches.
