The FCPH310410-10 from Synergy Microwave is a PLL frequency synthesizer that operates from 3100 to 4100 MHz. The synthesized signal has a low phase noise of -92 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz and -98 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz offset with 10 MHz input reference. The synthesizer provides an output power of over 5 dBm and has a power up time of 90 msec. All controls are managed via an easy plug-n-play programmable format.
