The MFSH495550-100 from Synergy Microwave is a PLL frequency synthesizer that operates from 4950 to 5500 MHz with a step size of 1 MHz. The synthesized signal has a low phase noise of -82 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz and -103 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz offset with 10 MHz input reference.
