The AND0281 is a 2.4 GHz Front End Module with an integrated power amplifier, low noise amplifier, and SP3T Tx/Rx/BT switch. This compact 802.11 b/g/n/ac Front End Module provides a 1.8% EVM with an output power of 18 dBM and gain of 28 dB. In the Rx path it has a gain of 14.5 dB with a noise figure of 2.2 dB. The FEM requires a supply voltage of 3-4.8 V and is available in a 3 x 3 mm QFN package. It is matched to 50 ohms at the input and output. The AND0281 is ideal for Wireless Infrastructure applications.
