The AND0581S is a 5 GHz Front End Module with an integrated power amplifier, low noise amplifier, and SPDT Tx/Rx switch. This compact 802.11 a/n/ac Front End Module provides a 1.8% EVM with an output power of 16 dBM and gain of 29 dB. In the Rx path it has a gain of 12 dB with a noise figure of 2.8 dB. The FEM requires a supply voltage of 3-4.8 V and is available in a 3 x 3 mm QFN package. It is matched to 50 ohms at the input and output. The AND0581S is ideal for Wireless Infrastructure applications.
