The AFEM-W750 from Broadcom is a 5 GHz Wi-Fi 7 FBAR Integrated Front End Module (FiFEM). The FEM consists of a power amplifier (PA), a high-gain low-noise amplifier (LNA), a transmit/receive (T/R) switch, and a 5 GHz FBAR Band-Pass filter (UNII-1 to UNII-3) for coexistence with 6 GHz Wi-Fi. It provides an output power of +25 dBm and a 6 GHz coexistence rejection of 50 dB. It is Broadcom WiFAM Gen-2 Certified (Wireless FEM Active Management) and is compatible with Dynamic Bias Handling Technology. The module is available in a package that measures 5.0 x 3.0 x 0.8 mm and is ideal for access points, wireless routers, residential gateways, and Wi-Fi extender applications.
