The AFEM-W760 from Broadcom is a 6 GHz Wi-Fi 7 FBAR integrated Front End Module (FiFEM) that consists of a power amplifier (PA), a high-gain low-noise amplifier (LNA), a transmit/receive (T/R) switch, integrated detector and a 6 GHz FBAR Band-Pass filter (UNII-5 to UNII-8). This 50-ohm module delivers an output power of +25 dBm and has a 5 GHz CoEx rejection of over 50 dB. It is Broadcom WiFAM Gen-2 certified (wireless FEM active management) and is compatible with Dynamic Bias Handling Technology. This module is available in a 24-pin surface-mount package that measures 3.0 x 5.0 x 0.8 mm and is ideal for access points, wireless routers, residential gateways, and Wi-Fi extender applications.
