The ILA1011 from Inspower is a Tx/Rx Module for LTE2500-TDD applications that consists of an LDMOS Power Amplifier, a Tx/Rx switch, and a low noise amplifier. It operates from 2496 to 2690 MHz, has a bandwidth of 194 MHz, and delivers an output power of 5 W with a small signal gain of 45 dB in the Tx path. The power amplifier is based on a Doherty design that uses LDMOS power devices and feed-forward linearization techniques to provide excellent efficiency and broadband linear characteristics. The amplifier has second-order harmonics of less than -40 dBc and third-order intermodulation of -15 dBm.
The ILA1011 requires a DC supply of 28 V and consumes less than 1.8 A in Tx mode. It is available in a connectorized module that measures 170 x 150 x 35 mm with SMA (female) connectors and is ideal for use in LTE-TDD repeaters, TR Modules, and DAS applications.
