The NJG1186PJL from Nisshinbo Micro Devices Inc. is a GNSS L5/L2C Band Front-End Module. It has an integrated pre-SAW filter and a low noise amplifier (LNA) to provide low noise figure, high linearity, and high out-band rejection. This module provides a small signal gain of 19 dB (at 1228 MHz), out-of-band rejection of 67 dBc (2400 – 2500 MHz), and a noise figure of 2 dB (at 1228 MHz). It operates from 1164 to 1228 MHz and supports GPS, GLONASS, Beidou, and Galileo constellations. The FEM requires a DC supply of 2.8 V, consumes 4.8 mA of current, and has a standby mode that contributes to reducing current consumption. It is available in a metal hermetic-sealed package that measures 1.57 x 1.23 x 0.47 mm and is ideal for GNSS active antenna, tracking devices, and timing module applications.

The NJG1186PJL has an operating temperature range of -40° to +105° C and provides high reliability and stable performance against humidity.
