The PRS1165 from Peraso Inc. is a Radio IC that operates at 60 GHz. It has 16 RF chains and 16 Tx/Rx antenna ports. This IC has a Tx output power of up to 24 dBm and an Rx noise figure of 7 dB. It has an integrated crystal oscillator and a configurable filter for optimal 1/2 and 1/4 channel operation. This radio IC has a PLL that tunes to channels 1 to 6 in half-channel steps and supports BPSK, QPSK, and 16-QAM single carrier modulation. It can be controlled via GPIO and 3/4-wire SPI interfaces.
