The PE53110 from pSemi is a front end module that consists of an SPDT switch and Low Noise amplifier that operate from 3.3 to 3.8 GHz. This FEM utilizes pSemi's UltraCMOS SOI technology and integrates an LNA with bypass function and a high power switch. The LNA provides a gain of 32 dB with a noise figure of 1.65 dB. The switch can handle up to 5 W of average power.
This Front End Module is available in a Compact package size of 32-lead 5 x 5 mm and is ideal for wireless infrastructure applications such as TDD macro/micro base stations and MIMO applications.
