The PE53231 from pSemi is a Front-End Module that operates from 3.5 to 4 GHz. It has an integrated dual-channel LNA with a bypass function and a high-power switch. This module utilizes pSemi's UltraCMOS SOI technology and is designed for use at the front end of a receiver chain for TDD-based systems. It allows each channel to be controlled individually within the selected frequency band for increased flexibility in the system design. This module is available in a 40-lead LGA package that measures 6 x 6 mm and is ideal for wireless infrastructure, 4G/4.5G TDD-LTE macro/microcell, pre-5G/5G massive MIMO systems and TDD-based communication systems applications.
