The PE562212 from pSemi is a 2.4 GHz SOI Front-End Module for Thread/Zigbee®/Bluetooth®/ Wi-Fi® IoT applications. It has an integrated power amplifier with an output power of up to 21 dBm and an integrated low-noise amplifier (LNA) with a noise figure of 1.5 dB along with a low-loss bypass path. This FEM is manufactured on pSemi’s UltraCMOS silicon-on-insulator (SOI) process and has a compact monolithic IC design, making it suitable for use in PCBs with limited space. It is capable of low-to-medium Wi-Fi throughput for devices that require FW upgrades or applications with the need for increased data traffic. This module is available in a 14-lead LGA package that measures 1.8 x 1.8 x 0.7 mm and is ideal for smart speakers, smart lighting, in-home appliances, range extenders, wireless audio, wearables, and Internet of Things devices.
