The TQF6174 is a WLAN dual band front end module for IEEE 802.11ac, 802.11n WLAN systems. It consists of integrated dualband diplexer + coupler, 2.4 GHz BAW WiFi coexistence filter, and 5 GHz PA, LNA, and Switch which is internally matched to 50 ohms. This FEM architecture and interface are optimized for next generation WLAN integrations into handset and tablet devices that have a single battery powered supply voltage of 3V to 3.6V. It is available in an ultra- small, 4 mm x 3 mm package.
