The SKY58260-11 from Skyworks is a Front-End Module for 5GNR, LTE, WCDMA, and CDMA applications. It consists of power amplifier (PA) blocks, single-ended duplexers, antenna, band select switches, and low noise amplifier (LNA). This module uses an enhanced architecture to cover multiple bands and meet the spectral linearity requirements of LTE QPSK, 16QAM, 64QAM, 256QAM modulations, and up to 100 resource block allocations. It includes a MIPI v2.1 compliant 52 MHz RFFE bus for TX control and a MIPI v3.0 RFFE bus for RX control. This FEM has a temperature sensor and features extremely low leakage current which maximizes handset standby time. It is available in a low-profile SkyShield™ shielded 79-pad SMT package that measures 6.40 x 5.00 x 0.85 mm and is ideal for smartphones and 3G/4G/5G-NR applications.
