The SKY65709-81 from Skyworks is a Front-End Module which consists of an integrated Low Noise Amplifier and pre-filter that operates from 1561 MHz to 1606 MHz. It has been designed for the BeiDou Satellite Navigation System/Global Positioning System/Global Navigation Satellite System (BDS/GPS/GNSS) receiver applications. This device provides high linearity, a small signal gain of 14.5 dB and low noise figure of 1.9 dB. It has a high 1 dB compression point of -10 dBm and the integrated pre-filter provides the low in-band insertion loss. The module filters out the cellular, PCS, and WLAN frequency bands. It is available in small 6-pin MCM surface mount package that measures 1.7 x 2.3 mm. It requires a supply from 1.8 V to 3.6 V.
