The SKY96000 from Skyworks is an antenna switch Front-End Module Integrated Duplexer (FEMiD) for LTE Bands 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 12, 20, 26, 66 and 2G Low Pass Filters for Carrier Aggregation. It consists of an integrated SP10T and SP8T with MIPI control antenna switch that is compliant with LTE-A Release 10 and Release 11. The switch has high linearity performance and low insertion loss. There is an integrated low pass filter on LB side of the switch allowing all of the low band AUX ports to be used for carrier aggregation. The switch also exhibits excellent 2nd and 3rd order intermodulation distortion performance. It has an integrated high directivity couplers on both LB and HB antenna ports to provide excellent power detection accuracy over mismatch condition. The switch is available in a surface mount package that measures 6.9 mm x 4.1 mm x 0.75 mm and is ideal for carrier aggregation, UMTS, C2K, EDGE, GSM and LTE applications.
