The PA3102 from Sungsan is an LTE Front-End Module that operates from 2496 to 2690 MHz. It consists of a power amplifier (PA), circulator, switch and a low-noise amplifier (LNA). The PA provides more than 30 W of power with a gain of 44 dB and the LNA provides a gain of 20 dB with a variation of 1.5 dB. The circulator provides an isolation of 80 dB between PA (Tx) and LNA in the Rx path and provides an isolation of 90 dB between ANT port and output port in the Tx cycle. The FEM requires a DC supply of 28 V and consumes less than 4.8 A of current. It is available in a through-hole package that measures 118.5 × 223.0 × 26.5 mm with SMA-female connectors.
