The SSPA 0.020-6.000-35-RM from Aethercomm is a GaN Power Amplifier that operates from 20 MHz to 6 GHz. The device provides a saturated output power of up to 80 watts with a large signal gain of 50 dB and a PAE of up to 50%. It operates over a DC supply voltage of 28 V and consumes up to 6.71 amps of current. This RF amplifier includes an external DC blanking command that enables and disables the module in 25 µs.
