The AMP2074P-2KW from Exodus Advanced Communications is a Solid-State Power Amplifier that operates from 1 to 2.5 GHz. It delivers a saturated output power of more than 2 kW with a power gain of over 63 dB and gain adjustment range of 20 dB. This amplifier is based on Class AB linear design with high-power advanced features that offer instantaneous wide bandwidth in a small form-factor. It has spurious levels of -60 dBc and harmonics of less than -20 dBc. This SSPA is equipped with built-in protection circuits and ensures high reliability with extensive monitoring of operating parameters.
The AMP2074P-2KW has a local LCD along with remote flexible interfaces such as RJ45 Ethernet TCP/IP, RS422/485, USB, and an optional GPIB for remote monitoring. It has built-in fan cooling mechanisms with an operating temperature range from 0° to +50°C. This SSPA is available in a 4U rack-mount enclosure that measures 482 x 178 x 560 mm with N-type (female) input/output connectors. It is ideal for EMI/RFI, labs, and HIRF/Pulse applications.
This SSPA requires an AC supply from 100 to 240 V and consumes less than 1000 W of power.
