This GaN Based Hermetically Sealed SSPA produces 41 dBm of linear power from 29 to 31 GHz. It has been optimized for use with the Teledyne Dual Band BUC (TSA-214144). When coupled with this BUC with a linearlizer it can produce up to 43 dBm of power. The amplifier has an integrated dual directional coupler at the output enabling both detection and reporting of output power, as well as providing feedback signal to the adaptive IF linearizer. The amplifier weighs under 2 lbs and measures 6.6 L x 3.7 W x 1 H. The unit has a wide operating voltage of +20.5V to +32.5V. This Amplifier has been optimized for use with the BUCTSA-214144.
