The ML1-0732 is a Microlithic double balanced mixer that operates with a RF/LO Frequency from 7 to 32 GHz and an IF Frequency from DC to 8 GHz. The mixer has a a P1dB from 3 to 9 dBm, a conversion loss of 8-11 dB an Isolation (L-R) of 42 dB and Isolation (L-I) of 25 dB through the band. It is available as a wire bondable chip (0.152 x 0.090 x 0.015 in.) or an SMA connectorized package. The ML1-0732 is an excellent alternative to Marki Microwave M9 mixers packaged in drop-in carriers such as the ES carrier.
