The ISP2454 from Insight SiP is a 2.4 GHz Bluetooth 5.4 Low Energy Module that supports Bluetooth Mesh, Thread, and Matter protocols. This module has an 128 MHz Arm Cortex-M33 processor and an nRF54L15 Nordic chip (22 nm process node) with 1.5 MB non-volatile memory and 256 KB RAM. It delivers a data rate of up to 4 Mbps with a Tx power of +8 dBm and has an Rx sensitivity of -98 dBm. It can be controlled via GPIO, SPI, UART, I2C, and NFC interfaces. This module is available in a package that measures 8 x 8 x 1 mm with an antenna interface and is PSA Level 3 certified. It is ideal for smart home & matter, industrial IoT, wellness & medical devices, advanced wearables, remote & gaming controllers, and virtual & augmented reality applications.
