The ES4L15BA1 from Kaga Fei is a Bluetooth 6.0 Module that operates from 2402 to 2480 MHz. It combines a Nordic nRF54L15 chip with a 128 MHz ARM Cortex-M33 processor with TrustZone®, 1.5 MB non-volatile memory, and 256 KB RAM. This module has a RISC-V coprocessor, integrated system clock & high-performance PCB antenna. It supports 2M, 1M, 500k, 125kbps, AoA, AoD, and Channel Sounding Bluetooth features. This Bluetooth module also supports 802.15.4 protocols like e.g., Matter, Thread, Zigbee etc.
The ES4L15BA1 delivers a data rate of 4 Mbps and a Tx power of +8 dBm. It requires a DC supply of 1.7-3.6 V and can be controlled via a GPIO interface.
