The Type 1QT from Murata is an RF Antenna Module that operates from 26.5 to 29.5 GHz. It has an IF signal frequency from 4 to 6.5 GHz and LO signal frequency from 5 to 6.375 GHz. This mmWave 5G-NR module has an EIRP of 36 dBm (400MHz CP-OFDM, -27dB EVM) and an Rx noise figure of less than 4.5 dB. It includes 16 (4×4) array antennas with dual polarization and has a scan angle of ±60°. This antenna module supports 5G NR by operating in combination with general FPGA and provides better RF performance by independently developed LTCC. It requires a DC supply of 3.15/1.8 V and can be controlled via SPI & 512 beam-setting digital interfaces. This antenna module is available in an SMD (surface mount device) package that measures 19.7 x 19.7 x 2.3 mm (max) and is ideal for network infrastructure applications.
