The FCM740D from Quectel is a Wi-Fi 4 & BLE 5.2 Module that operates at 2.4 GHz. It has a 120 MHz BK7231M chipset with an ARM968 MCU, built-in 256 KB SRAM, and 4 MB flash. This module supports IEEE 802.11 b/g/n WLAN standards and complies with WPA-PSK, WPA2-PSK, and WPA3-SAE security standards.
