The SGW2828-01A from SG Wireless is a LoRa module designed for industrial, agriculture, healthcare, and supply chain /logistics applications. It is based on Semtech's SX1276 long-range low-power transceiver and has an RF power amplifier with STMicroelectronics’ MCU STM32L072KBU6. It operates at a frequency of 915 MHz and has a Tx power of 30 dBm. The module requires a supply voltage of 3.9 V and supports AT Commands over UART and USB interfaces. It works using Fast frequency hopping technology and LoRa proprietary network protocols which enhance the coverage and enable connectivity at over range of up to 6 km in dense urban areas and can also transmit signals through more than 10 concrete walls. The module measures 24.8 x 10.8 x 2.6 mm and requires an external antenna.
