The WC640 Series from Wi2wi are IoT Wireless Modules that support Wi-Fi (a/b/g/n), Bluetooth (5.0), and Zigbee/Thread (802.15.4) technologies. These multi-radio, embedded wireless modules have a Tx power of 18 dBm (Wi-Fi), 4 dBm (Bluetooth). They have an Rx sensitivity of -96 dBm (Wi-Fi), -97 dBm (Bluetooth), and -105 dBm (Zigbee & Thread). The modules require a DC supply of 3.3 V and support SPI, UART, I2C, PWM, I2S, ADC, and GPIO interfaces. They have two antennas, baseband chipset, LNA, PA, crystals, filter, and an RF front end.
