The MS2720xA from Anritsu are Remote Spectrum Monitors that operate from 9 kHz to 9/14/20/26.5/32/43.5/54 GHz. They use the latest technologies to deliver accuracy and precision in measurements previously reserved only for benchtop instruments. These modules consist of a real-time spectrum analyzer (RTSA) that has a measurement bandwidth of 110 MHz and a point of intercept (POI) time of 2.05μs. These spectrum monitors have inbuilt 5GNR FDD/TDD and LTE FDD/TDD Analyzers, and they provide options for AM/FM Audio Demodulation.
The MS2720xA monitors can be controlled using a customer-written PC application or MX280001A Vision Monitor PC software via an SCPI interface to configure measurements, capture traces and I/Q data, and save the results. It also supports the use of MX280005A Vector Signal Analysis software for gaining insights into the nature of the captured signals and allows PCIe streaming and playback of the data.
These remote spectrum monitors have a displayed average noise level (DANL) of -164 dBm and a phase noise of -110 dBc/Hz (at 100 kHz offset). They have an analysis bandwidth of 110 MHz (standard) with a resolution bandwidth from 1 Hz to 10 MHz. These monitors are ideal for spectrum clearing, shared spectrum monitoring, satellite ground station monitoring, regulatory enforcement and interference monitoring applications.
