The RSA600A Series from Tektronix are Real-Time Laboratory Spectrum Analyzers that cover a frequency range of 9 kHz to 3.0 or 7.5 GHz. They have an acquisition bandwidth of 40 MHz and deliver a real-time IF acquisition data rate of 112 Ms/s (16-bit integer samples) with a sweep speed of up to 24.7 GHz/sec.

These RTSAs have an attenuation range of 0 to 51 dB (in 1 dB steps) and a DANL of less than -164 dBm/Hz with 3rd Order Inter-modulation distortion level of -80 dBc. They can handle an RF input power of up to +33 dBm and have an input VSWR of less than 1.70:1.

The RSA600A Series spectrum analyzers have a phase noise of less than -124 dBc/Hz and spurious levels of less than -76 dBc. 

The RSA600A Series spectrum analyzers can be controlled via a USB 3.0 interface and require a DC supply of 40 V with power consumption of less than 45 W. They are available in a benchtop enclosure that measures 222.3 x 75.0 x 358.6 mm and have N-type female, BNC female, and SMA female connectors. These laboratory RTSAs are ideal for the characterization of RF devices, subsystems & systems, manufacturing tests, mobile field operations, EMI/EMC compliance testing and troubleshooting applications.
